A personal reference card

The card contains information entered by its user. It is not medical advice, a government-issued identity document, a verified medical record or proof of insurance. Confirm information with the relevant professional. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Your responsibilities

Keep details accurate, protect your device, retain a usable encrypted backup, and keep your card password, backup password and wallet secrets private. Add another person's information only with appropriate permission. Anyone with your shared QR can read its card details. Do not rely on a phone or internet connection as the only way to access essential emergency details.

Wallet operations

Wallet operations use XRP Mainnet. Transactions can be irreversible and incur real fees. Check the destination, amount, tag and fee before signing. If the connection fails after submission, inspect the ledger before retrying. TravelMedID does not custody your keys, guarantee recovery or verify your identity.

Availability and external providers

The web app and network-dependent features may be unavailable. This website does not guarantee offline availability. Keep a printed card. Linked insurers, exchanges and printers are independent services. Apple Wallet passes and institutional identity attestation are not offered by this version.
